Retail Sales & Marketing (Lusaka Ladies Only – Start as soon as possible)

We are looking for energetic Retail Sales ladies at our Kitwe and Lusaka Stores who will bring experience and energy to the business.

Duties:

Serving customers by developing rapport, building customer confidence, providing accurate information, and helping with product selection
Meeting the store targets and personal targets.
Demonstrating knowledge of products and inventory to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace or retail floor
Performing all required cash register transactions efficiently and accurately
Contributing to store profitability by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing incoming product flow
Providing excellent customer service by responding to customer questions or issues regarding product features and benefits
Resolving customer complaints
Required Qualifications:

Diploma required in Sales & Marketing, Business Studies from a – creditable
University/College. (Mandatory)
Police Criminal report (Mandatory)
Previous experience with creditable references
Product knowledge or worked for loan company as Loan Officer an asset
1-3 years related experience.
Work references must be provided during interviews
Can work weekends and Mall hours
